Fun evening out in aid of charity

A wonderful time was had by all at the sixth Music in the Meadow event held on the evening of Saturday 28th August 2010 in Ashby Folville, one of the most beautiful villages in the Midlands.

£27,500 was raised for the Steps Conductive Education Centre, Matt Hampson, the Leicester Tigers Rugby player who was injured in 2005, and Ashby Folville village charities.

Attendees listened to the sounds of the Don Watson Band, from Colorado USA, plus three top local bands: Hopwood Junction, Rock Bottom and David Wyatt.
